CANCELLATION POLICY- All appointments need to be canceled/rescheduled at least 24 hours before scheduled appointment time. If you must cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, 100% of cost of service is due. A card must be on file on your Petexec account before appointments can be scheduled. No call/ No show to appointments will be charged in full for cost of services scheduled. There is a 15 minute late rule, if you are more than 15 minutes late to scheduled appointment time it will be considered a no call no show. If you are unable to cover amount in due, payment must be paid in full before next appointment can be scheduled. Thank you for understanding.
