Shuttle Service
Introducing our new service at Spanish Springs Pet Resort: Pick up/drop off shuttle service in the Reno/Tahoe area! Let us handle the transportation while your beloved pets enjoy a comfortable ride to and from our resort. With convenience in mind, we ensure your furry friends arrive safely for their stay with us.

Shuttle Service
Minimum Shuttle Fee: $20
Over 7 Miles of Travel Distance, Milage Rates Apply $1.50 per mile.
All clients using the shuttle service MUST also have an online service reservation. Spanish Springs cannot accept any dogs without an online reservation.

Shuttle Timing:
Pick-up and drop-off arrival time frames for shuttles cannot be confirmed until the week of. Shuttles are done outside of peak traffic hours. We have shuttles running Monday-Sunday.

All dogs must be social to join in group play, as well as altered (Neutered / Spayed) if over twelve (12) months of age. If your dog is unable to be let out with our group dogs there is an extra fee ($10), but we are more than willing to accommodate your dogs needs. Current Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccines are required. You will need a credit card on file before or upon drop off. $20 Cancellation fee for boardings cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.
